Our Story

Hi, my name is Gabii, and I am the maker behind Stardust & Stone Candle Co. I was born in Kansas City, Missouri and raised in Trenton, Missouri: a small town where community runs deep, and creativity often starts at the kitchen table. As the oldest of seven siblings, I’ve always been a caretaker and a doer. I graduated from Trenton Senior High in 2015, and in July 2016, my partner and I welcomed our first baby boy. Just over a year later, in October 2017, we were blessed with our second son, born nearly a month early. At 19 years old, I was a mom of two under 2.

While raising two toddlers, I continued my education and earned my Associate of Applied Science from North Central Missouri College in 2019. But even after achieving that milestone, something was missing. I wanted to create. I wanted to make something that felt more like me.
