Refund policy

At Stardust & Stone Candle Co, each item is handmade with care. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review the policy below for exceptions and how to reach us if there’s an issue.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at starduststonecandleco@gmail.com. Include your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. We’ll gladly send a replacement or offer a refund depending on the issue.
Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item is damaged or defective upon arrival. Due to the nature of our products, used candles and custom items cannot be returned.
Refunds
Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis for items that are defective or damaged. Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will notify you and process the refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After your order has begun being processing or shipped, we cannot cancel it.
Local Pickups
We offer local pickup for customers in Trenton, Missouri.
You will receive an email when your order is ready, typically within 3 business days. Pickup instructions and location details will be included in your confirmation email. Orders not picked up within 7 days of notification may be canceled and are not eligible for a refund unless prior arrangements have been made.
Please inspect your items upon pickup. Issues reported after pickup may not be eligible for refunds or replacements.
