Thank you for shopping with Stardust & Stone Candle Co! We take great care in preparing your order and are committed to providing reliable, timely shipping within the U.S. Please read our shipping policy below. 

 

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Method & Delivery Times

We ship all orders via USPS. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after your order has been processed. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and postal service conditions. 

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight and destination. We currently do not offer free shipping. 

Order Issues & Lost Packages

If your package hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking information first. If you believe your package is lost or significantly delayed, contact us at starduststonecandleco@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to help. Please Note: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by USPS.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. Orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
